Dimapur, December 18 (MExN): The Editor and staff of Tir Yimyim have mourned the demise of its family member S Aienla on December 18, who passed away at her home in Chuchuyimpang village under Mokokchung district.
S Aienla was the beloved wife of Aso Imsong, senior correspondent of Tir Yimyim, Ao-Naga Daily.
In a condolence message, it said that S Aienla was not only a supportive and caring wife for her husband and family, she was a dedicated servant of the Lord who served as pastor in Christian Education Ministry in Chuchuyimpang Baptist Church.
It stated that in her death, her family has lost a caring mother and supportive wife, and added that the church had lost a young and promising shepherd.
“We lost a great personality who was a source of our strength which will be difficult to forget and recover,” it stated.
Furthermore, it prays for God’s grace of solace and strength to its colleague and his beloved family members to overcome this sad moment of bereavement.
MPC condoles
The Mokokchung Press Club (MPC) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of S Aienla, wife of senior journalist and club member Aso Imsong of Tir Yimyim. “She will be remembered for her compassion, commitment and quiet strength,” the club said in condolence message. The deceased is survived by her husband and two children, a son and a daughter. On behalf of the press fraternity of Mokokchung, the club conveyed its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for strength and comfort during the time of grief.
