DIMAPUR, JANUARY 25 (MExN): The Tobu and Mopong units of the Konyak Union has called off the proposed boycott of the Republic Day celebration at Tobu, Mopong and Monyakshu. A press statement received from the two organizations said the decision was taken after assurance from the state government to revert the Mopong EAC headquarter from Angjangyang sub-division to the ADC headquarter Tobu as demanded. While appreciating the steps initiated by the state government, the organizations said it would be compelled to initiate further course of action if the state government fails to realize the assurances provided by them to reality.
