The Youth Department of Tuensang Town Baptist Church has launched their three-day Youth Olympic under the theme ‘Together, for a peaceful world’ at Baptist Thangyen Ground, Tuensang on October 3.
On the first day, the church youth performed an aerobic routine followed by speech by the special guest of the event, C Pongsu Chang, President, Chang Wedoshi Setshang (Chang Students' Conference).
It was followed by an exhibition football match between the staff of Chang Baptist Lashong Thangyen (CBLT) and the staff of Tuensang Town Baptist Lashong (TTBL). TTBL team won by score margin of 8-4.
The programme was chaired by Kokla, Youth Working Committee, TTBL and invocation was pronounced by Achongla, Associate Pastor Women, TTBL. Kusang performed a solo while benediction was pronounced by Y Thungti, Deacon TTBL.
