Tourist Information Centre–cum–ILP facilitation counter activated in Dimapur

Dimapur, November 30 (MExN): The Tourism Department, in collaboration with the District Administration of Dimapur and Chümoukedima, has set up Tourist Information Centre–cum–ILP Facilitation Counters at the Senior Tourist Officer’s Office in Dimapur and at Dimapur Airport.

According to the Department, the Centres will facilitate and issue offline Tourist Inner Line Permits (ILP) for visitors entering Nagaland.

The Tourist Information Centre at Dimapur is located within walking distance from the Railway Station and Bus Stand, catering to tourists arriving by road and rail. The Tourist Information Counter at Dimapur Airport, located at the arrival area of the airport, will cater to tourists arriving by air.

Visitors may also find the locations on Google Maps by selecting “Tourist Information Centre” or reach the helpline at +91-6909636762 for assistance. The Department informed that the Tourist Information Counters process only offline Tourist ILPs, while travellers may continue to apply online at https://ilp.nagaland.gov.in/

The Tourist Information Centre–cum–ILP Facilitation Counter at Dimapur was formally activated by Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur, Dr Tinojongshi Chang, NCS, along with ADC, Dimapur Zakabo V Rotokha, NCS, Senior Tourist Officer, Dimapur, Keholeno Kennao, and other officials and staff of the Tourism Department.

Earlier, the Tourist Information Counter at Dimapur Airport was launched by Deputy Commissioner, Chumoukedima, Polan John, NCS, in the presence of officials from the Tourism Department.
