Kohima, June 29 (MExN): DC Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant has issued an advisory stating that there are recurring landslides at Lerie Chazou Chainage KM 185+700 NH-02, Kohima-Mao Road caused by incessant rains. While debris clearance and road restoration work are going on, the probability of more slides occurring cannot be ruled out due to the loose and porous nature of soil at site. Therefore, the public have been advised to exercise caution commuting through this route. Furthermore, alternate route via Cathedral/Little Flower Higher Secondary School-Aradura-New Reserve (Police Union Baptist Church) is suggested for light motor vehicle (LMVs)
