
Shops to remain open
DIMAPUR, JUNE 12 (MExN): The Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, today informed that there will be restriction of vehicular traffic one hour prior and four hours post arrival of a Special Train arriving in Dimapur on June 13, 5:30 am along the designated route from Dimapur Railway Station to Agri Expo, 4th Mile. The Special Train is carrying returnees from Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. The designated route includes the road from Dimapur Railway Station to Agri Expo, 4th Mile via Traffic Control, Zone 1; Hotel Theja Fort (through under the flyover), Burma Camp Junction, Veterinary Junction, Old Dhansiri Bridge, Purana Bazaar Junction, TK Service, 2 and a half mile to Agri Expo, 4th Mile. The CP’s order informed that in case of early or late arrival of the Special Train, vehicular movement restriction will be enforced accordingly. Meanwhile the Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, while stating that there will be traffic restrictions, added that shops would remain open for the convenience of the public.
