Dimapur, March 21 (DIPR): As part of induction training of newly recruited group B and C employees under Dimapur district, the trainees were taken to Bade and Ura villages under Dhansiripar block on a day long field visit on March 18. The trainees interacted with the members of Farmers Producers Association (FPA) at Bade village, where the Association’s members shared their experiences, activities, grievances and also highlighted the history of FPA. They also offered locally made banana chips and organic fruits to the trainees and the trainers. The participants were also taken to the field to see the banana and maize cultivation.
At Ura village, the trainees had fun by netting fishes in fishery ponds. The master trainers who accompanied the trainees included SDO Civil (team leader) Albert Ezung, District Education Officer Amongla, District Public Relations Officer Dimapur Lolano Patton and SDAO Dimapur Rhonjamo Kikon. The training, which began on March 14, will culminate on March 24.
