Tuensang, March 22 (MExN): The second round of training for polling officials of Tuensang district will be held at Government Higher Secondary School at 10:00 am according to the following category: Presiding officer and 1st polling officer (Male) at the auditorium on March 25 and 26; 2nd and 3rd officers (Male) at GHSS class room 1 and 2 on March 25 and 26; Presiding and 1st polling officers (Female) at the auditorium on March 28 and 29; and 2nd and 3rd polling officer (Female) at class room I on March 28 and 29.
The third and final round of training will be held at the same place and time on April 4 and 5. All heads of departments/ offices under district have been directed to depute all the officials under their respective establishment to attend the training positively. Also, the training personnel have been asked to bring two passport size photographs for ID card. Any department officials failing to attend the election training/ duties will be prosecuted under the election laws, stated a press release.
