Trance Effect from Nagaland gets selected for Gwangju Busking World Cup Festival

Dimapur, May 31 (MExN): Trance Effect from Nagaland has been selected by the jury of Gwangju Busking World Cup Festival, South Korea.

Announcing the news of the selection, Advisor to Chief Minister and Chairman of Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland, Abu Metha on Friday posted on the social media platform X, “Fantastic news!! So so happy that Trance Effect from Nagaland has been selected by the jury of Gwangju Busking World Cup Festival, South Korea. This is another positive takeaway of the Asia Music Summit 2024 that Nagaland hosted earlier this year.”

Metha wrote “Trance Effect made it to the final list of 32 bands from over 900 entries from 58 countries worldwide. This is a testament of the international standards of our talents and the high level of our musicians.” 

“Congratulates the band and wish you the very best. I am sure you will make Nagaland proud and be excellent ambassadors of our state and country. Keep Shining,” Metha added. 

Trance Effect, is one of the most popular Indie rock band from Nagaland. The band was formed in 2017.
