Kohima, October 26 (MExN): The Nagaland Government has kept on hold till ‘further orders’ the “posting and transfers” order of 42 IAS/IFS/NCS/NSS officers who were either reshuffled or given additional charge in a major bureaucratic rejig on October 26. 93 senior and mid-level officers were affected by the order. The “Handing/taking over” charge was supposed to be should be completed by November 5. However, in view of the “Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls for 2019 and certain representation received with regard to the October 26” order, the handing and taking over of charge of the 42 officers have should not be done till further orders, stated a notification issued Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms and signed By the State Chief Secretary R Binchilo Thong, IAS.
