DIMAPUR, APRIL 4 (MExN): The organizing committee of the Transformation Crusade Team today condemned the alleged “attempt on the life of one of our Praise and Worship leaders” on March 26 at around 8:00pm in the local ground, Kohima. A press note from the Transformation Crusade Team informed that one person “entered the ground and said he was sent by higher authority to accomplish a mission i.e to kill the Praise and Worship leader.” “While he bent down to take out his weapon (a Pistol), immediately our Praise and Worship Leader ran to the crowd and escaped,” the Transformation Crusade Team said. The accused, it added, was taken to the team’s office where he was prayed on and given counseling. “We confirm about his activities as satanic worshipper,” the press note claimed, while appealing to “each and every Christian irrespective of denominations, tribes, groups and civil societies to fervently pray for God’s protection and also to counter this evil spiritual force that is prevalent in our society.”
