Winners of the Tuensang District Chess Championship.
TUENSANG, JUNE 26 (MExN): A chess coaching camp cum the first Tuensang District Chess Championship inclusive of Shamator district and Noklak district concluded on June 25, organised by the Youth Resources and Sports department in collaboration with the Nagaland Chess Association.
Trongtsali Sangtam emerged as the champion while Haulim S Chang was the first runner up; Beso Chang finished as the second runner up and Lomchu Chingmak was placed fourth.
The Nagaland Chess Association set-up it's unit, Tuensang District Chess Association, Shamator district Chess Association and Noklak District Chess Association and distributed 10 chess sets to all its units under the leadership of Nagaland Chess Association President, Neiba Kronu, Minister of Planning & Coordination, Land Revenue and Parliamentary Affairs.
