Tseminyu, May 18 (MExN): The Tseminyu District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) meeting cum felicitation programme for HSLC topper 2026 was held at DC’s conference hall, Tseminyu on May 18. The programme was chaired by Japheth Woch, NCS, Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, stated a DIPR report.
The DC welcomed the members, teachers and the student present and later, he led the felicitation ceremony by honouring the academic topper 13th rank, Olivia Athari from Baptist Higher Secondary School, Tseminyu in the HSLC Examination 2026.
The DC reviewed the previous meeting minutes and also launched the IEC campaign Jan Bhagidari. The board also deliberated on the proposal for establishment of historical Rengma Cultural Complex at Khwenphen village, and recommended to the Government for approval. The proposal for grant in aid for BHSS, Tseminyu was also recommended to the concerned department by the house.
The Rural development department and Tseminyu District Green Initiative Society presented their departmental activities during the meeting.
