Tseminyu, November 13 (MExN): Tseminyu SDPDB monthly meeting was held on November 12 at DBs customary court of ADC office compound. ADC and Vice Chairman SDPDB Tseminyu, Nokchasashi Ao chaired the meeting.
A DIPR report stated that the newly posted Administrative Officers, Tsutsawe Kupa SDO(C) Tseminyu Hq and Rozy Sangtam EAC Tsogin Hq of Tseminyu Sub-Div were introduced to the house.
The house reviewed the last meeting minutes and discussed MR vaccination campaign in the Sub-Division where SMO Tseminyu Dr Tinenlo highlighted on the MR vaccination campaign and appreciated the villagers of Rumesinyu in particular for the successful implementation of the campaign. SMO also informed the house that the overall MR vaccinated percentage in Tseminyu Sub-Division is 95.66% where ADC Nokchasashi Ao as the Administrative Head of Tseminyu expressed his appreciation towards SDPDB Adopted village, Rumesinyu for their outstanding achievement in the MR campaign in the Sub-Division.
The meeting deliberated on the introduction of Science Stream at GHSS Tseminyu Town to be recommended to the Government. The meeting also discussed the problem about the shortage of English PGT at GHSS and the House agreed to write to the concerned Department for deployment of the same.
The house proposed the next SDPDB meeting cum Pre Christmas celebration to be held on December 11 at Rumesinyu village (SDPDB adopted village) of Tseminyu Sub-Division. The House also resolved to conduct a seminar on the occasion for the benefit of the Rumesinyu village where resource persons from various fields will take part at the seminar program.
ADC Nokchasashi Ao informed and reminded the Officers/ Heads of the Offices for regular attendance in the SDPDB meetings.
The prize distribution programme for essay and painting competition was held on November 6 at Baptist Hr Secondary School where the prizes were given away by ADC.
