
Tseminyu, July 24 (MExN): The Tseminyu Union has appealed to the staff of all the departments in the district to be sincere and regular in discharging their duties in the interest of the public and to ensure good governance to strengthen and uplift the district into a model district in Nagaland.
Stating this in a press release on Sunday, the Union said that Tseminyu district’s ‘first face lift of development’ by way of widening the road from National Highway 2 junction till the DC office, Tseminyu town to a two-lane road is almost complete.
It expressed gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner Dr Zasekoulie Chusi and his entire administration team for taking keen interest in the development of the district. “ Tseminyu district is fortunate to have a friendly and capable administrator who has a vision for development; we appreciate the initiative taken by the DC for all round development of Rengma headquarter,” it said.
Expressing confidence that the district would not lag behind others, the Union assured its fullest cooperation and support to the administration towards development of the district.
It also appreciated the UDA government and said that it expects that the government would extend resource assistance for development of infrastructure in the district.
