Mokokchung, August 6 (MExN): The second Tsüngremmong festival at Luyong village, Mokokchung was celebrated with much pomp and gaiety at Public Ground with Parliamentary Secretary Youth Resources & Sports, State Lotteries & Music Task Force, Khriehu Liezietsu as the chief guest on August 2. Addressing the festival, the chief guest said the festival is a time to celebrate and make merry for both the young and the old, seeking good harvest and good life, informed a press release received here. It is believed that the celebration of festival will foster the spirit of unity and peace among the people of the state, Khriehu added. The Parliamentary Secretary also promised the village to construct sports infrastructure to promote the youth in sports. In the programme, Pastor of MBA Tajungsang pronounced the invocation, Tsüngremmong message was delivered by Chuba Ozukum, President, Naga Hoho, while Supongyanger Tzudir, convener of the organizing committee delivered the vote of thanks .
