Tuensang, June 28 (MExN): Tuensang District Task Force for Immunization meeting was held under the chairmanship of ADC Tuensang Thungchanbemo Tungoe at DC’s Conference Hall, Tuensang on June 28.
Dr Imtijungshi Aier, DPO (RCH/UIP) Tuensang gave a brief report on Measles Rubella (MR) campaign at Tuensang and he informed that the MR Campaign Nagaland has extended its target till December 2024. He suggested for a sensitisation and awareness campaign for the stakeholders and church organisations in order to cover all areas of the district.
Dr ImtiJungshi also highlighted the ‘Stop Diarrhoea Campaign’ to be launched across the country from July 1 to August 31 and urged the allied departments to actively participate for the success of the campaign in the district.
