
TUENSANG, JUNE 9 (MExN): The Tuensang District Task Force held a meeting at the DC’s Conference Hall on June 9 with Chairman, DTF, Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant chairing the meeting.
Based on the change in SOP, establishment of one special Police Quarantine Centre for delinquent inmates was discussed. The house discussed to instruct all the villages and wards to prepare their community QCs and for home quarantine, since the inmates who have completed 14 days quarantine phase and have tested negative will be sent to respective villages and wards.
The house also discussed on the priority of testing and segregation of the inmates which is getting delayed due to non availability of testing machines and not getting the samples which have been sent to Kohima for testing. Waste management of the QCs located near residential areas was also discussed.
The Deputy Commissioner Tuensang also acknowledged the volunteers of the four student bodies of Dimapur namely Chang, Khiamniungan, Sangtam and Yimchunger for assisting the Tuensang liaison team at Dimapur. He also acknowledged the COC Mokokchung team for good gesture shown to TDTF Tuensang in terms of monitory donations.
