Kohima, September 6 (MExN): As per the constitution of Indian Youth Congress (IYC), Nagaland Pradesh Youth Congress President, Vilhousielie Kenguruse has appointed Tochiyemlong Chang as president of the Tuensang District Youth Congress with immediate effect. The other office bearers include Vice President, Lebese Sangtam and Dizongli Sangtam; General Secretary, Thsalimong Sangtam, Chetai Khiamniungan (Social media), Khuming Khiamniungan and Thongpang Sosang; and Secretaries, Bangom Chang, Sunkumdong Ao and Hunphu Yimchunger. The handing and taking over ceremony took place on September 4 in the presence of DCC office bearers and outgoing DYC team.
