Tuensang, July 13 (MExN): The Tuensang District Task Force (DTF) on COVID-19 in its meeting on July 12 decided to direct schools to prepare video lessons for students.
According to a DIPR report, the DTF observed that online education for lower/primary classes is “not very conducive” for learning. As such, it decided to direct schools to select teachers for preparing lessons in the form of videos. Resources like DC’s conferences hall are to be provided for conducting classes, the report added.
Meanwhile, the meeting held at DC’s Conference Hall, Tuensang under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and Chairman, District Task Force COVID-19, Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant also deliberated on guidelines for the second phase of unlock.
Shopkeepers are to display their vaccination status while opening their shops and the Medical department has been directed to ensure distribution of vaccination card to all the wards.
The vaccination Mela is also to be held every Sunday.
Shops selling essential and non-essential goods and services are to open in alternating days. An order in this regard shall be issued by the Administrator, Tuensang Town Council, the DIPR report informed.
