Kohima, November 13 (MExN): The Tenyimi Union Jalukie Town will commemorate its Golden Jubilee at the Union Complex on November 15. The event will commence at 11:00 AM under the theme “Onward in Unity,” marking five decades of the union's existence dedicated to fostering unity, preserving shared heritage, and driving community progress in Jalukie Town. The Union President, along with his colleagues, has extended an invitation to all past and present Tenyimi settlers of Jalukie Town to join the celebrations and grace the milestone event with their presence.
The celebration aims to honour the pioneering founders whose vision established the union, reaffirm the spirit of unity within the Tenyimi community, and inspire future generations towards continued harmony and development. The official programme will feature special addresses, cultural presentations, and acknowledgements for individuals who have played vital roles in the union’s journey over the past 50 years.
