Dimapur, June 6 (MExN): The chairmen of 11 wards in Tuli Town have stated that they are ready to co-operate with the administration, police personnel and frontline workers in the combat against COVID-19.
This was conveyed during a consultative meeting organised by SDPO and OC Tuli Police Station with all the 11 Wards Chairmen of Tuli Town on June 5 to discuss the issue of obstruction of entry to returnees by the village and colony in some parts of the state.
In this regard, Tuli Town Ward Union had clearly declared that the general public of Tuli warmly welcomes the returnees from different parts of India and abroad, after completion of quarantine period in designated centers. The Tuli Town Ward Union also urged the people not to discriminate against the returnees and to refrain from obstructing their entry into their own village or colonies.
