Kohima, June 30 (MExN): Tening Village, Chandmary Colony (TVCC) organised a mass social work at the colony.
A press release issued by the Media Cell Kohima Liangmai Baptist Church, stated that the main aim and objective of the social work was to dedicate in supporting the most vulnerable among the society, and also “to identify each one among their colony and communities when time comes for need, and help one another and to advocate for the community and colony resources.”
The main aim for the social work was for health care and to assist and improve client’s wellbeing, to respond to crisis in the village. It was organised as community practice showing unity among them, the release added.
The release also stated that organising it was a challenge and responsibility for helping individuals, families, and groups to cope with the problems they face in life.
