Kohima, April 13 (MExN): The Urban Development Department (UDD) has appointed designated three officers for the department as Appellate Authority (AA), Public Information Officer (PIO), and Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) under RTI Act 2005.
The officers will perform the function under section 5 & 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act NO. 22 of 2005) under UDD, Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima, stated a notification from the department via the State’s DIPR.
