NIULAND, JULY 3 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner Niuland has convened a meeting of all the elected candidates of Niuland Town Council on July 4 at 11 am at the DC’s conference hall where in the oath of affirmation will be administered in accordance with Section 60 A of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2003.
According to a DIPR report, after the oath taking, the election of the chairperson and deputy chairperson as per Section 12 (3) and 23 of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2003 will be held for the Niuland Town Council. In this connection, all the elected members of the Niuland Town Council has been requested to attend the meeting positively.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Zunheboto, Rahul Bhanudas Mali, has informed to all the elected members of Atoizu, Aghunato, Satakha and Zunheboto Town Councils that, the Oath of Affirmation will be administered on July 5 at 10 am at Deputy Commissioner Office, conference hall.
The Dimapur DC Dr Tinojongshi Chang, NCS has also convened a meeting of all the elected members of East Dimapur Town Council on July 4 at 11:00 am in the DC’s conference hall to administer oath of affirmation.
