DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 9 (MExN): The Nagaland State Election Commission today issued a notification declaring that the Election Programme for the Urban Local Bodies announced vide Notification No. SEC/MTC-1/2004-05/164 dated 21 Dec, 2016 and which had been further postponed and withheld as ‘Null and Void’.
