Dimapur, May 26 (MExN): An unidentified non-local man, aged approximately 25-30 years, was found dead near the Northeast Travels counter at Blue Hill Station on Sunday.
The East Police Station duty team responded to ‘telephonic information’ and recovered the body. An update from Dy Commissioner of Police (Crime)/PRO, Dimapur stated that preliminary examination revealed no visible injury marks, except for a tattoo reading “D.P” on the right hand. The deceased was wearing a checkered white shirt, black jeans, a cream-coloured shorts, a black belt, black sneakers, and had a black fanny pack near the body.
After completing legal formalities, the body was moved to the District Hospital Morgue for post-mortem examination and identification.
