DIMAPUR, JUNE 20 (MExN): An unidentified female body was discovered near the Dunlop factory at Thilixu village under Dimapur district on Thursday, police said.
According to a statement issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime)/PRO, Dimapur, telephonic information was received from Diphupar Police Station on June 20 regarding the presence of a dead body near the factory. A police team immediately rushed to the spot and found an unidentified female body lying on the ground at a rubber farm in Thilixu village.
After completion of all legal formalities, the body was shifted to the District Hospital Morgue for post-mortem examination and identification.
The deceased was found wearing a yellow printed pyjama and a black T-shirt. Red nail polish was seen on the fingers, a black thread was tied around her left leg, a red thread on the right leg, and a black rubber watch was on her wrist.
