On the afternoon of October 27, an unidentified man was discovered dead on Wokha Merapani Road, approximately two kilometres from Bhandari town towards Merapani.
A truck driver found the body while taking a break and promptly alerted the Bhandari Police Station.
The deceased, believed to be in his late thirties, was taken to the Community Health Center in Bhandari for identification. Local residents have raised suspicions of foul play, suggesting the possibility of murder.
Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident, with further updates expected as the police continue their inquiry.
