Kohima, September 17 (MExN): An unidentified person (non-locale/male) was found unconscious by the road side at TCP Gate area on September 1.
According to Additional Superintendent of Police & PRO Kohima in a press note, police party shifted the unidentified person to NHAK where he was admitted for medical treatment. The person regained consciousness the next day, but was unresponsive and could not reveal his identity.
After gradual treatment at NHAK, he revealed his name as Aman. However, despite all possible efforts, no further details of the person could be established. Subsequently on September 16, the person expired while still under medical treatment.
The ASP & PRO Kohima has informed that the body of the deceased is kept at North Police Station morgue for identification. PRO has informed any person, relatives or community members known to the deceased may contact North Police Station, Kohima for more information.
