
Maligaon, November 24 (MExN): Minister of State of Railways, Coal & Mines Raosaheb Patil Danve held a review meeting with General Manager of Northeast Frontier Railway at Guwahati on November 24 on various developmental works and the ongoing railway projects in the North East region. The meeting was attended by General Manager of NF Railway Construction Organisation and other senior railway officials.
Anshul Gupta, General Manager, NFR was present during discussion with the Minister on overall performance of NFR (Open line) and day to day functioning pertaining to operation of trains and development of passenger amenities in various states. Sunil Sharma, General Manager, NFR (Construction Organisation) along with senior railway officials from the construction organization also gave a presentation of the ongoing projects of Railway Construction in NE.
He also inaugurated a 60 bedded AC Running room with modern facilities at Kamakya station on November 23. This was stated in a press release issued by Guneet Kaur, Chief Public Relations Officer, NFR.
