The United Sangtam Region (USR) NSCN GPRN strongly cautions Samuel and his gang that the present prevailing turmoil in Kiphire district is the outcome of his defection to Khehoi camp recently.
It is to be noted here that former USR NSCN (K) chairman Samuel and his gang defected to Khehoi camp along with 17 arms belonging to United Sangtam Region NSCN and the same night the residence of the USR NSCN GPRN chairman (new) was attacked but failed as he escape safely by the guidance of almighty God. However, the attackers not satisfied went and picked up Lt. Suzi who was taking care of his ailing son and later his body was recovered with bullet a mark that was murder in cold blood. Moreover, they make another attempt at Singrep village but was also failed as alert Naga army derail their plan. It is learnt that Samuel and Sgt. Likhaba (not captain) who stole 17 arms of Naga had submitted only 6 arms and keeping the remaining 11 arms for personnel business which the USR demands to returned to the NSCN less they and their children will face the Azha of NSCN which automatically will not be good for them as they also know. It is also made to be aware that Samuel who had earlier defected from NSCN (IM) to NSCN had once again defected to Khehoi camp and who knows which faction he will opt for next?.

Meanwhile, one Khehoi cadre Lt. Yimso Yimchunger guard commander of Yimchung region of Khehoi group had defected to NSCN along with arms. The home comer after realising futility of working under the leadership of those people who are not working for Nagas but working for their individual interests also called upon other Naga brothers to follow suit as their leaders are not working for the Nagas but for their own individual benefits.
