Dimapur, June 17 (MExN): Economics Department of Unity College visited North East Development Finance Corporation Limited (NEDFC Ltd), Dimapur branch as a part of the department annual field trip on June 15.
The main purpose of the visit was to let the students be made aware about the importance of finance in today’s economy. The resource persons for the field trip were Vimeyiel Richa, Branch Manager and Atono Chishi, Assistant Manager, NEDFI Dimapur.
The importance of NEDFI was highlighted by the Branch Manager followed by an interactive session with the students. The field trip was headed by Lothungbeni Jami, HOD, Economics department along with John Ovung and Rajani Das, Assistant Professors from the department.
