
Kohima, May 22 (MExN): Ura Academy is organising its 52nd seminar from May 26 to 27 at Ura Academy Hall in Kohima. A press release informed that, on May 26, there will be a one-day seminar and panel discussion, wherein various topics will be deliberated.
It stated that Khriesenuo Solo, Reader, SCERT will present on ‘Nagaland Heritage Textbooks and National Education Policy (NEP) 2020’; Vizomenuo Yhome, Asst Professor Kohima Science College on ‘Choice based credit system’; Kevisatuo Sanyű & Shiroi Lily Shaiza, NagaEd on ‘Language promotion with NagaEd’ and Medongulie Tseikha, Asst Professor Kohima College on Desirable outcome of a Teacher.’
On May 27, a one-day event of Tenyidie Kephrűnuoko Krotho (TKK) programme is being organised for students confenrence with music and art display and competitions on, story writing competition; poetry writing competition and extempore speech.
In this regard, the organiser has requested the participation of maximum 15 students along with teachers from each institution as delegates and all MIL/B.A Hons/ MA Tenyidie Students of different colleges and university to attend the programme.
A valedictory function will be held on May 27 and the president of Ura Academy, Dr Shürhozelie Liezietsu will deliver a message to the fraternity. The organiser further extended its invitation to church leaders, Sunday school teachers, Church editorial boards, secretaries, school teachers, students and community leaders, elders and well-wishers to attend the program.
