Dear sir/madam,
I would like to draw your kind attention to the urgent need for renovation and proper maintenance of the Delivery Ward at Dimapur District Hospital. The current condition of the ward is highly unhygienic and unsuitable for childbirth. It is deeply concerning that mothers and newborns are exposed to such an environment, which poses serious health risks.
During my recent visit to the hospital, I observed that other wards are maintained in a much better and cleaner condition compared to the Delivery Ward. Considering that newborn babies are extremely vulnerable to infections and illnesses, it is crucial that they receive care in a clean, safe, and conducive environment.
I sincerely request the concerned authorities to take immediate steps to improve the hygiene standards and renovate the Delivery Ward at the earliest. Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for mothers and infants should be a top priority.
