
There are three questions that speaks in my mind are:
1. Why we have come to this world?

2. Where are you now?
3. Where are you heading to?

What Dalai Lama has stated above human life, that is some thing to ponder upon. And secondly, who ever wishes to live and enjoy in this beautiful world should imagine in real life and bring forth the picture for a thought concerning to life. His statement has inspired me to share a few words about life and its sicknesses. When a family member falls sick the sickness strikes the whole family including out-laws and in-laws etc. Like wise when there is no health in the family there is no development in the society. We accumulate and purchase different kinds of diseases at different rates in a hurry you pay your last money at the last moment, Alas! we die in pain, we die in tears. ADIEU to your loved ones, ADIEU to the world at happens just. At the right time when you are about to give your best to the society. Some diseases are caused by our faulty living habits such as :
1. Wrong postures in sleeping, sitting, standing and walking create wrong alignment in the body. Common sicknesses are chest pain, cervical pain, upper back pain, shoulder pain and pain in lumbar region etc.
2. Wrong eating habits are many, but the first and foremost thing is, chew the food till saliva comes out then only swallow the food. Take only 80% of normal food, keep 20% space for air to enable the machine (small intestine) to grind your food freely. Common sicknesses are constipation and indigestion, flatulence of stomach, piles, liver, gastritis, appendices, difficulty in breathing etc.
3. Faulty life pattern in this high tech age, common diseases are eye problem, giddiness, head ache, cervical problem, gastritis, body ache, laden blood circulation etc.
To achieve a valued life, firstly, cultivate a healthy life style and a healthy living with pure mind and body with cleansing thoughts and FOOD. Secondly, we can avoid diseases by amending our all traditional habits and by adopting a disease free routine life. Thirdly, we should contribute ourselves, by helping ourselves and by spending few minutes in stretching, twisting, bending, acupressure etc. in your simple wooden blank bed. While doing so you should do slowly with your breath rate. This you can do with the support of bed frame where one can cure 42 (Forty two) kinds of pains, joint pains, aches, spasm and numbness in the body etc.
Lastly our life is surrounded by three destructive agents:
1. Disease is always there to attack you.
2. Sinful food is always there to attack you.
3. Satan is always there to capture your body system.
Let us prevent from those destruction, by preventing it, you are preventing your diseases and preventing Satan is “DISEASE FREE”
