Dimapur, June 28 (MExN): The reported vandalisation of the All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) Headquarter Office Kohima on June 17 continue to elicit condemnations from various quarters.
In separate statements, ANTA Kiphire and Tseminyu Units have flayed the incident and appealed the law enforcing agency to take strong action against the culprits.
The two units also stated that they will steadfastly stand by the ANTA HQ resolution on "One Govt. One tax" and extended their fullest support.
Daklane Panchayat also condemned vandalism and stated that such act, which also directly affects the business community as well as the peaceful environment of the colony, is “unethical and unacceptable in a civilised society. “We strongly condemn their felonious action and extend full support to the ANTA. We pray that the law enforcing agency will provide swift action and punish the culprits according to the law,” stated a press release from the Panchayat.
