Various political members from Tuensang district join BJP
BJP State President and Minister, Higher & Technical Education, Tribal Affairs, Nagaland Temjen Imna Along Longkumer along with the newly joined members of BJP.
Kohima, September 26 (MExN): A total of more than 235 members who resigned from various political parties from Tuensang district have unanimously joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on September 20 with immediate effect.
The leaders who addressed the BJP President and Minister, Higher & Technical Education & Tribal Affairs Nagaland in a letter were Manya Sipong Chang, B Ramchy Chang, HZ Mangyang Chang, Helemong Chang, K Satem Chang, C Athriba Stm and Nangba Chang.
It stated that the members included 10 active members and more than 235 primary members.
The release also furnished the names and designated posts they held as below: Manya Sipong Chang, NPF Vice President, central farmers wing; B Ramchy Chang, NPF General Secretary (Admin) central farmers wing (Proposed for appointment as general secretary NDPP Youth Wing, Nagaland); HZ Mangyang Chang, NPF General Secretary (Admin) Tuensang Division; Helemong Chang, NPF, Vice President Tuensang District Unit; K Satem Chang, NPF Active members 53 A/C Tuensang Sadar-I; C Athriba Stm, NPF Active member 53 A/C Tuensang Sadar-I; Nangba Chang, NPF Active member 53 A/C Tuensang Sadar-I.
