VG barrack inaugurated at Yingshuker village

Deputy Commandant VG E Wannet Konyak today inaugurated the Village Guards barrack at Yingshuker village in the presence of elders, village council and VG personnel.

Inaugurating the barrack, the Dy Commandant said, with its inauguration, law and order will improve in the village.

He also appealed the VG personnel to extend all possible help for the growth of the village adding discipline, dedication and sincerity should be first and foremost for VG personnel.

Dy Commandant also appealed the villages and the elders to give cooperation and support for the progress of the village guard in the village. 

He also advised the VG personnel to be the best disciplined force. Though it is in village level, he said all the rules, regulations are same with any discipline personnel in the country and reminded them to keep this in mind.

Yanghopi VCC who spoke on the occasion expressed gratitude to the visiting officer for his personal initiative to make the barrack happen in the village. He also congratulated the VG personals for having barrack in the village.

Tsipongse DEM JD (U) who also spoke on the occasion expressed hope that the inauguration of barrack will help the village see law and order improved and also appeal the VG to be sincere in duties.

Women group presented cultural dance while BYE presented special song. The programme was chaired by Thritongse Chairman Yingshuker village union Kiphire.
