Kohima, July 15 (MExN): Victorious Club today emerged as the champions of the Open Penalty Shoot-out Tournament organized by Phek Students’ Union (PSU) at Phek Village Local Ground. Losami Boys Club stood 2nd position while GHSS Phek and Spark B claimed 3rd and 4th places respectively. Earlier, the tournament was formally inaugurated by Phek Village Council Chairman Chivozo Soho. Welcome address was delivered by PSU president Ozo Venuh.
