DIMAPUR, JUNE 28 (MExN): So as to avoid any complication or hitch, the Council of Naga United Village, Dimapur has informed that any purchase of land from the village will require land clearance and certification from the council. Failing which, the Council has declared that it will not be held responsible for any land dispute that arises.
In view of health and public sanitation reasons, the council has strictly prohibited burial of dead bodies in its jurisdiction, especially at water points, educational sites, schools, hostels, public points and vital installations. The Chairman of the village, Sani Chakre, added in the notice that space for expansion of public development has to get prior permission from the Council.
Construction of any permanent structure or building on highway or roadside should get the approval of the Council so as to assure provision of adequate space for public passage and connectivity, the Chairman added.
“This notice is hereby served for general public information which shall come into immediate effect and enactment from the date of this publication”, the Council stated in the notice.
