MANGKOLEMBA: A programme on distribution of voters slip for 29 Jangpetkong and 30 Alongtaki Assembly Constituencies was held at ADC’s Conference Hall, Mangkolemba on 20thFebruary, 2018. BLOs of the two Constituencies were also given away brochures, voter slip receipt register, poster and banner for SVEEP & VVPAT at the programme.
Liquor seized and destroyed at Pfutsero town
Pfutsero: As per the direction of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pfutsero, the district administration in coordination with the police personnel, Dobashis and various civil society organisations conducted a surprise and confidential raid in and around Pfutsero town on 20thFebruary, 2018 and seized 691 bottles of assorted IMFL and a few kilo of Yeast (for brewing alcohol) from 8 persons. The seized items were destroyed and burned in the presence of EAC, Pfutsero, Abeinuo Jasmine Ashao.
