DIMAPUR, JANUARY 8 (MExN): The oath taking ceremony for Lieutenant General (Retd) VS Atem, VC, Member of Collective Leadership as Deputy Ato Kilonser of the NSCN (IM) was held today at Wungram Baptist Church, Dimapur. A press release from the MIP of the NSCN (IM) informed that the Oath of Allegiance and Secrecy was administered by Q Tuccu, Yaruiwo, NSCN (IM).
