Kohima, June 1 (MExN): .The Western Angami Public Organisation (WAPO) held its 39th General conference at Mengujuma village on May 30.
Nagaland's horticulture & women resource development minister Salhoutuonuo Kruse graced the occasion as the Special Guest. The new team of WAPO office bearers headed by Theyievilie Suohumvü as the president for the tenure 2025-2028 has been announced by the nomination committee.
Other office bearers included; vice president - Kevi Keneth Senotsu, general secretary- Kezhazelie Kuotsu, joint secretary- Gwelie Riirhie, treasurer- Mhiesivilhu Mor, information & publicity secretary- Zhasa-u Sierie, cultural & property secretary- Petewhesie Yalie, human resources & environment secretary- Rokokhotso Rino, women coordinator- Nichiimeno Sechii.
