Dimapur, September 8 (MExN): Western Chakhesang Hoho (WCH) has paid tribute to late Venülhü Keyho, father of Rev Dr Zelhou Keyho, General Secretary NBCC who passed away on September 6. According to WCH press release issued by its president Dietho Rhakho and Joint Secretary Zasekhoyi Ringa, late Venülhü Keyho was the seventh child of late Sülüho Keyho of Chozuba village, the first Chakhesang converts to Christianity. He received his early education at vernacular Bible school Kohima and served the Lord in various capacities as Pastor, Missionary and Evangelist. He continued working for the Lord with Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (CBCC) even after his official retirement as honoured by the Council. He is recognized and will be remembered for the growth of the Church, a true Christian all his life till his last breath. The WCH has conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and pray for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
