Dimapur, July 14 (MExN): An online capacity building on Open Defecation Free (ODF) Plus for Swachhagrahis and WATSAN members observing the ongoing ‘Azadi Ki Amrit Mahotsav’ from July 1 to August 14 was held for Dimapur district on July 14. The webinar organized by PHED Dimapur division saw the participation from the four blocks namely Dhansiripar, Kuhuboto, Medziphema and Niuland. Executive Engineer, PHED (R) division, Vikeduolie Mepfhuo shared the introductory message. District Coordinator, DWSM, PHED Dimapur, Imojungla Longkumer briefed the audience on the purpose of the webinar. Sessions on Solid Waste Management, Plastic Waste Management and Liquid Waste Management was covered by Vibou Seyie, IEC Consultant and Vito G Sema, Sanitation and Hygiene Consultant, both of PHED DWSM, Dimapur respectively.
