Dimapur, October 13 (MExN): The All Nagaland Hindi Teachers’ Union (ANHTU) Dimapur today asked the School Education Department, Nagaland why there is delay in the payment of salary for Hindi Teachers in the district. The salary of 2012-13 & 15 Batches of Hindi teachers under the District Education Office (DEO) Dimapur as well as SDEO Dhansiripar and Medziphema has not been paid for the last 4 months from June to September, informed a press release ANHTU Dimapur Unit General Secretary H Daniel Sema. The Finance Department has signed for the disbursement of salary on dated September 14, it claimed. In this connection, the union urged the department to look into the matter at the earliest and disburse the salary of the concerned Hindi Teachers.
