Will stand upright & united on Framework Agreement: NSCN (IM)

DIMAPUR, JULY 20 (MExN): As the way forward for an honourable Naga political solution, the NSCN (IM) on Thursday said it would continue “to stand upright and united to keep on supporting the historic Framework Agreement of August 3, 2015.” 

An MIP release said this resolved was adopted during the consultative meeting of parliamentarians (Kilonsers, Deputy Kilonsers and Tatars) organized by the Eastern Naga National Workers Union (ENNWU) of NSCN (IM) under the theme ‘Unity in Diversity’ on July 19 at Hotel Saramati, Dimapur. 

During the consultative meeting, the MIP said there was a meaningful understanding of the situation as the NSCN leaders stressed that all its members, particularly those falling under ENPO to stay the course and work hard with more vigour and courage to meet the political aspirations for which NSCN was founded.

Speeches were delivered by Rev A Puni, member, Collective Leadership and Angnaikham Makunga, member, Collective Leadership. Key note address was delivered by Maj (retd) Kewe Mero, kilo kilonser and a short speech by Capt (retd) Samson Jajo, kilonser, MIP.
