Dimapur, April 13 (MExN): Withee Bible College, Darogajan, Dimapur held 13th Graduation on April 12 with Rev. Rumatho Nyusou, Executive Secretary, Pochury Baptist Church Council. Akaholi Lecturer, conducted the Graduation Service whereas Onen Jamir Lecturer gave the invocation prayer.
Rev. Dr. Vikheshe Chishi, founder and principal gave the Welcome Address and the Scripture was read both from the Old Testament and New Testament by Temjen Longkumar Lecturer and Ramaiphou Klerkson Lecturer respectively. Valedictory speech was given by Kheholi Chishi, M.Div. Special song thrilled by the College choir.
The Degrees and Awards administered by Principal and Academic Dean followed by Commissioned prayer by the Principal. Felicitation delivered by Joikap Phom, Lecturer. Benediction pronounced by Rev. Dr. Jayakumar, Founder and President BBCM & ACPL Bangalore.
A press release stated that altogether 31 students graduated for the academic year 2016-17. The college gave away the following awards: Academic Excellence award was given to S.S Simon, B.Th; and Kheholi, M.Div. The chapel and devotion attendance awards was given to Jemi Sumi B.Th, Y. Nokshen Konyak B.Th, and Tonoli M.Div. Best preaching award was given to S.S Simon B.Th and L. Mosa Konyak M.Div. Best Discipline award received by Nima Lamu Sharmu B.Th.
