Wokha, June 6 (MExN): The Wokha BJP COVID-19 Control Room on Saturday contributed facemasks and hand sanitizers to Wokha DPRO Office, in acknowledgement of the service rendered by the officers and staff of DPRO Wokha.
According to the DIPR, the Wokha BJP COVID-19 Control Room, led by its District President Yanthungo Kikon and Convener, BJP Party Control Room, Samuel Ezung handed over the materials for the DPRO staff at the office chamber of the DPRO Wokha.
Wokha District Public Relations Officer, N. Stephen Ngullie is said to have appreciated ‘the humanitarian gesture of the BJP Party for COVID-19 Control Room and for their generous contribution shown towards the staff of DPRO, Wokha during these testing times.’
The party has also contributed face masks and sanitizer to Chukitong PHC, Urban Health Centres at Orchid colony, SBI Wokha branch and at Bhandari quarantine centres, the report stated.
